spiderman is under arrest

we all know that spiderman is a super hero who has superhuman powers. and he is the guard of our cities. and he knows the ture meaning of the sentence that his uncle ben told him "with the great power, comes great responsiblities." so when people have toubles, spiderman will show up immediately.
so i want to know what happend to the spiderman in the picture, why he is under arrest by the policeman? this is weird. but when you know the spiderman is not the real spiderman, and you will think it is normal. and this is ture that the spiderman is not the real spiderman, he is just a person in spiderman costume without any super power. and maybe he did something wrong, so the policeman is here to take him away.
